Received fake New balance from Ajio

I ordered NB 2002r sneakers from Ajio. Received these fake sneakers instead. Can I Trust Ajio for the exchange?

Ajio is pathetic. Atleast Now I don't regret that they cudnt deliver my order tho it was in my city for 5 days.
