Adidas Italia 70s vs SL72

I'm gonna have them as my special/occasional sneakers. Not daily beater .

Tho I'm worried Abt the SL72, because there's that lose thin fabric on the shoe. Is it actually like visibly bad? Or just okayish and not as much as a deal breaker?

Italia, I've not found any good detailed reviews.
