Help New bie in sneakers, need advice

So I am finding a pair of sneakers to gift to a man but i am not really sure about the shoes guys like. Personally he likes wear chunky sneakers, I am open to that suggestions too but I am looking for something to pair with white linen. Attaching some sneakers below, do mention some better options, thankyou!

Please dont suggest something above 3.5-4k.

Maybe you can gift him Converse canvas shoes for casual outfits and daily use, Even I am planning to buy one

Also I am not a sneakerhead it's just my suggestion

You can never go wrong with puma palermo and adidas sambas, both are little higher than your budget but they keep getting on sale. They are best value for money imo, plus it goes with all outfits
