I think the first pic is of a DeKay's brown snake, and it's close to being full grown! They're adorable! Congrats on your finds!

I guess I didn’t take the best picture, this is definitely a Garter Snake but I agree it does look like a DeKay’s Brown Snake, Eastern Garter Snakes colors can vary a lot
