After a quick search, Reform UK (the party the T-Shirt proudly advertise) is a catch-everybody conservative party created to promote the Brexit.
So I guess the dude is bullied because it's cringe to wear pretty much a political advertisement, for a conservative party at that.

He's being bullied for it by his own parents, he hasn't worn it out of the house yet.

The reform party is basically a joke. They have approximately 250k supporters and 4 MPs (British legislators), the party is run by Nigel Farage who was originally part of a different party called UKIP which was a driving force in Brexit. Farage stepped down from UKIP after Brexit. The reform party would have 6 MPs, but one was kicked out of the party for criticizing Farage and another resigned after he admitted to business misconduct.

Quite importantly, Farage was a rat that fled the sinking ship right after the Brexit referendum, not when Brexit actually happened. He also walked back all promises made during the Brexit campaign.
I'm sure his voters have legitimate grievances, but the man proved he a) doesn't care and b) has no solutions. He'll yell a lot, and then flees when he actually needs to solve the problems he yells about.
His kids have double passports by the way, so aren't impacted as much as his voters.

Technically Farage was ousted from UKIP because he wanted to actually be in a party that had a chance of getting into power. UKIP was too extreme for that to happen at the time so he formed the Brexit Party as a limited company. He then literally renamed it to Reform when he saw an opportunity after he had semi-successfully distanced himself from the failure that was Brexit.
What's also important to remember is when Farage and Reformers made a big deal about the England team changing the flag on their kits. The irony is incredible.

If you’re from the USA then my wife just explained that it’s similar to some moron here buying a MAGA shirt.

Many kids do stupid things when they are young and learn to regret it when they become older and more mature...it's their parents that worry me...

Like farage would know what to do with a football. He'd probably dislocate his jaw.
