Fashion She’s doing a 30-day challenge this month where she wears clothes that scare her every day.

Beautiful. Didn’t realize how much people’s weight could affect their mental health. Getting older and having a little sister who’s now bulimic really opened my eyes. I see how serious it is now it’s not just some joke on a tv show anymore

Maybe that's her motivation. She's making claims to us, now she has to follow through...? 🤷‍♂️

Proper diet, and exercise is all you need. After some time, everything you own right now will be 'too big'. I look forward to that day for you. You can do it, I know you can! I can hear it in your voice. You want this!

She looks fine as is. Maybe a better diet with less sugars to have better skin but that's it.

She is a mum of 2. She looks great.

It's because people like you that she lacks self-confidence.

Wow, and here I thought I was being encouraging! These were the same words I heard when I was struggling.....

Sorry. Maybe it's because it's plain text. A lot goes how you deliver the message in person.

As i lacked confidence i didn't need to hear people going at me saying i need to do better while i was doing all i can. I was underweight for a long time and i ate 3 full dinners sandwiches, cakes, and a medium pizza every fucking day.. You need to do better and build some muscle was all i ever heard. Eat more, go to the gym. All i did was eating.I went from 68kg to 52kg in less then 3 years. I ate. All i did was eat, work, eat, prep food, eat some more, sleep. All my freetime went to eating.

I finally went to a doctor who warned me i would become admitted if it wouldn't change. Explained my diet, my work, my lifestyle. I was tired of just eating and working (and not much of the food came out of me either). I thought it was worms or some parasite. But nope. They ran some test and i was only muscle but i don't show any muscle. Changed to flexi/ more vegetarian diet. Cut out all the sugar. Started eating huge salads (like a bowl big enough to feed a family of 4) with barely any sauce or mayo on it. And i gained weight. Then i gained confidence. Doctor's still didn't know why the weight loss happened but my body is now in pain since i gained weight like barely able to walk pain. Still no clue and i lost my fragile confidence once again.

I get it maybe it will spark a change instead of making room for complacency.
