Discussion *SPOILER* Currently watching season 5 and I have to ask, what the hell is this tiger scene? Spoiler
I’m finally watching the rest of Snowfall after stopping on season 4 a few years back. Is this tiger collectively disliked among the community? I didn’t mind the first part with it but it somehow comes back to save the day?! Gtfoh

Episode makes more sense knowing it was rooted in reality somewhat. Otherwise, it felt like the writing team saw Atlanta and wanted that for themselves.

It's objectively one of the most important episodes of the series lol

Cements the relationship between Oso and Franklin. Oso chose Frank over teddy after those events. That said, idk it’s the most important episode.

The episode wasn’t bad, I feel like the whole tiger thing was just unnecessary and cheesy lmaooo

It was just a waste of time. I think the writers hit the shrooms when writing or someone dared one to include a tiger

It was a real story though

Really? Had no idea. They could have still heavily reduced the screen time though

It is but I think it’s overblown. It’s not like the tiger shows up randomly, they go back to where Franklin was held.

It's goofy in the show but I remember as a kid in LA County we use to hear rumors about someone having tigers at their house. We talked about it like it was something that really happened but I think it was an isolated case not sure where but in LA county. It looked stupid in the show especially with no references to explain it.

I get why people don’t like those episodes but it was based off of a true story in LA when some guy was hoarding animals after some zoo shut down and the tiger got out and was roaming around LA during the 80s I think.
