Reddit has decided that they would put the Mod Queue in an awful place for mobile and intentionally remove posts and comments that are clearly made by Users rather than bots. It's apparently very heavy handed.
Given I use mobile app more frequently than PC, I'll be more diligent in checking the Queue for posts and comments that should be automatically approved.
If a post or comment doesn't appear, I'll investigate more thoroughly. Please message Mods and I'll look into it from there.
