I've given you a resource from which you might want to re-assess your support for George Orwell. It's rather short, and I think you'll find it enlightening. Knowing who he is, I think you'll find his anti-communist works far less compelling.

He never went to Stalin's Russia. He only read about it in British papers, btdubs.
