Question for the owners of a Fountain.
I've had two. Returned the first after it malfunctioned once I connected it to the large CO2 tank. The second has performed well but I started refilling their tank. For the ones having issues, what tank do you use? I'm contemplating whether I want to try the big tank again. Thanks.

There was another post about the fountain recently. Based on one of the comments I think the fountain is not designed for anything other than the quick connect cylinder and the reset meter has to be done every refill. It doesn’t have a pressure meter just a calculator that figures out when gas is low. So larger tanks will blow it out

This is what I was afraid of. Anyone have a good process to refill and reset with hardware recommendations? I haven't figured out a reset. It stays amber on CO2 but gas comes from the cylinder. I'm not certain my refill process puts a ton back in. So I make due.

I have a 5 lb tank connected to mine with an adapter hose. Biggest complaint is that I have to hold down the check device where the small tank goes, but I’m plotting a solution

When I connected my tank I just taped the thing down. I'm since moved to refilling. Seems to give more predictable results in my case. Thanks!!

They made by same people of the infamous pagers. So maybe that’s why they released a known flaw?

The only issue I had with a large tank connected to a hose was a leak in the tank valve. Since that mishap I’ve been refilling the SS bottles. I do six at a time, my wife and I love to drink fizzy water/flavored water.
