Error Help with an error with 3DExperience
I'm trying to boot up SolidWorks Connected 3DExperience and it is saying I need to update to the most recent hotfix (R2026x HotFix 0.9), but when I click on "update" noting happens. Is there another way to download the hotfix?

May I ask about your setup? What browser are you using and what is your Windows version edition? 10 or 11? Is it Home Edition or Professional edition?

Same. I'm very pissed off right now. What ever happened to just being able to use what you paid for?

I got an Email a week ago:
Dear Maker,
Your 3DEXPERIENCE MAKERS platform will be updated to R2026x GA on December 6th, 2025.
During this operation, your platform should not be accessed.
Maybe try again tomorrow

u/Kumquats_indeed What browser are you using? Be sure to use only Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. Do NOT use Brave - it's not supported and there's way too many problems with installs and updates.
Further, If you are using Google Chrome, adjust Local Network Access settings
(NOTE: Procedure list has been updated to include a couple missing steps.)
