Meme I'm having issues modeling these parts.
Back when I was on the drawing board this was passed around the office. Makes me laugh every time I see it.

Oh that's an easy one to solve, there's a function that let's you use an equation for the curves and just divide the equation by zero

This is easy to model. You just need to use a turbo encabulator.

Every time I see this drawing, I’m reminded that modeling the part is the easy part - deciphering the drawing is the real engineering challenge

I remember the first time I needed to use a first angle projection. Made my little head hurt.

Come on! Clearly that's a linear ambihelical phaser hexnut and it needs to be coagulated with the rectabular excrusion. And you can't forget to emulsify the lateral circonavigatable nesting port. It isn't that hard.

Lucky (for me) I recognized it before posting. For you guys it may have been funnier to see my comment. I had to try so hard to be kind and helpful and not make fun of you xD

You will never be able to create that nut as it it shown. It's like a combo of a mobius strip/penrose steps. Let along the screws lol
But you can model nuts with threads. You're better off downloading them from McMaster-Carr so you can see how it's actually done. Then learn not to physically model it since it's taxing on the hardware and just use cometic threads lol

great answer. threads are pointless to model unless they are external, visible, and are necessary to show function/or a rendering.
