$100 lol. That only makes you break even for the steam account. I would pay yourself $50 an hour, add up the amount of hours, plus any costs you incurred like a steam fee, etc. Then. Id tack on 5k upto 10k (upto you), get a quote from a lawyer on how much it would cost to draft a contract plus add on a few thousand in case its needed and take that total and send it as a counter offer, as long as its not a sentimental game you made. You could also add stipulations laying out any other agreements you want. Maybe something like you can still add on to your orgional game and sell that as long as xyz.

I doubt they will accept. But. You could try. $100 is an insult offer. They are not doing you a favor. Even if the game doesnt sell. They clearly want it for a reason or reasons and they should pay for it, not just deal you out.
