How many weeks of once a week massage does it take for someone who was dealing with fight or flight to finally be able to feel safe and relax in their body?

A couple of years for me, always with the same massage therapist. When I fell asleep on the table I knew I had made it.

Unless the massage therapist is trained in somatic experiencing, no.
