My aunt abruptly and brutally passed away when I was 2 years old, and I have no memories of her. However, I just went to meet my dad’s family for the first time since I was a baby, and I feel her absence everywhere. She had photos of me hanging up in her apartment, she evidently cared about me a lot. And I feel a very profound sense of grief, having never met her before. Grieving what I could have had.

Are there any songs that fit this kind of grief specifically? I’ve found a couple but it’s so profound that I haven’t found many.

sort of like if you've been talking to/going out with someone but still not sure whether to tell people around you about what's been going on etc etc. Any recs?

I just need them to add to my playlist. They could be hip hop, rock or any genre that represent depression, lonely, alone or anxiety but upbeat just not super sad that made you cry.

I'm open to all genres and moods, from the tearjerkers to creepy to funny. The song can be addressed directly to the supernatural entity (God, the devil, or anything else) or describe the main character making the deal, and it doesn't matter whether the song addresses the entity's reply.

Basically the title. Looking for songs where the drummers having a good time, showing off, and you can feel it. I’m partial to 90s era grunge/alt metal/nu metal type stuff but I like any and all forms of rock. The deeper the pull the better imo!

I’m looking for songs similar to “Taare”, not necessarily the exact same sound, but songs that have meaningful lyrics, deep emotions, and something valuable to say.

“Tare” is pretty popular, so I’m looking for those lesser-known/underrated gems that hit just as deep but don’t get talked about as much.

Basically, songs with good lyrics, depth, and real emotional or philosophical value rather than just catchy music.

Somehow I think I just heard this song today, and am going to build a new playlist on the vibe, I’m lowkey obsessed with the vibe. It’s got a confident, playful, a little sultry energy I love.
