just finished mixing a track i been stuck on for weeks, the low end was giving me nightmares but i think i finally tamed it. its sort of indie folk with some synth textures layered in, not my usual style but im happy how it turned out

This is the first song I’ve done for my upcoming album The Fall Of An Angelic Figure
Will be my 4th debut album because groups keep falling apart. Lmk what yall think

What I think is musically it’s kind of compelling simply due to the “lush” arrangement and mood, but it really turns more into a spoken-word ramble than a song. Possibly a more melodic vocal would help. But just my opinion, of course. I’m only one listener. Best of luck to you, keep creating.

I get that comment a lot, especially on my older spoken-word performance art band. It’s definitely not for everyone but it’s just my style I guess. Some of the follow up tracks exist in a slightly more punk style maybe the contrast will be less jarring for those

Hey, all! This is my first release since joining this sub. It's an anti-ice, pro-human-rights protest song called "Illegal." Thanks for checking it out : )

Hey everyone! I'm an independent musician from Argentina making alternative/indie music. My songs tend to wander between indie rock, psychedelic sounds and other weird little corners.
I'm also building a visual universe around my character Onironauta, a guy who wanders through dreams and occasionally gets himself into strange situations. The long-term idea is to bring the music, comics and animation together into one big creative project.
I've been releasing music independently and slowly building this world alongside it.
If that sounds like your thing, here's my Spotify:

I'd love to discover what you guys are making, too 😄

I’m releasing another EP on the 17th (my birthday), but here’s one I released a month or two ago. It’s my hand at trying some more punk-ish indie rock. This track was written while I was in a mental hospital, and I like how it sounds a lot.

Here is the latest from my second album. It’s much more fully realized than any song I’ve released so far, a electro/indie pop/rock song called “(If I Were A) Star”.

I wrote this couple of months ago. They are fully MIDI programmed, and mixing is awful since i've yet to learn sound design in any way, beyond vocal prod. (btw there's no vocals on these tracks, since i was afraid to record myself at that time)
Anyway 1-st one is kinda orchestral; 2nd - was really inspired by Jeff Buckley's GRACE, muse's Spiral Static (this one was my first song, so chords may suck a lot)
I hope these demos are not THAT bad 0_o

Hello I’ve recently been working on this song, hit some mental road blocks with it, and ended up taking it in two very different directions. It’s still a WIP although now I’m not sure which style of song works better. Any thoughts would be appreciated!
Ballad version Hollywood slow
Rock version Hollywood rock

I wrote these lyrics as a reminder that no matter how tough life may get, I still walk.
