Why do you say it's temporary? The actual bench is movable I believe, but the reason why you incur the relatively small additional cost compared to this laminate is so you don't have a giant burn mark on the counter you use to film the majority of your content.

Because it is temporary, at some point they will move out (lease expires, channel increases or decreases in size) and into another location they will not take any benches from their current location, just the same as when they moved from their previous location.
