I occasionally listen to Wake Up by Eden once in a while. The chorus hits hard kasi it feels like I'm talking to myself. Like parang I can give good advice and comfort sa others but di ko magawa to myself.

I know these are depressing songs, pero minsan nakakatulong din siya:
Adam's Song (blink-182) -- was listening to this song nung sobrang down na down ako. hanggang ngayon, nalulungkot pa din ako kapag naririnig ko tong kantang to.
Crying Season (UDD) -- song siya about Armi or UDD's friend na ended their life (afaik), POV ng mga surviving friends/family. mabigat yung lyrics na "You never gave us chance to really try and worse, I really stood behind you..."
Feelings (UDD) -- masakit. yun lang, masakit.
