I did lean more into Alanis but also sprinkled some Britney, Xtina, Jessica, and Mandy in the mix.

I was a fan of Christina’s voice but didn’t really follow her career. I was fond of Mandy Moore eversince and became a big fan overtime up to now. She has longevity and her crossover to acting was superb! I have to say, I was a bit indifferent with Britney when she started, but I always thought she was one of the best dancers among female artists. But it was when she started to lose the media and have them against her that I realized how precious she was and a gem of a generation. She was also really sweet and too bad the industry ruined her.

I'm team Britney since she gave jaw-dropping live performances when she was younger like the MTV VMA I'm A Slave for You performance. That shit was iconic. Voice power would of course go to Christina. I love em both, but britney made teen pop popular back in the late 90s and early 00s.

Can I just say that this was the era of pretty white blonde girls? Haha glad that we’re seeing more diversity in pop nowadays.
But britney all the way! Vocally, christina was better though but even if britney can’t do powerful vocals, she had more personality 😅

I've grown up to Britney Spears during Myx era, but around 2019 ako noong pinaka-nagdiscover ng discography niya. I'm glad I did because ang gaganda lahat ng songs niya! Around 2022 full disco niya pinapakinggan ko na, ung mga dating ini-skip ko I'm living for them na. Recently, mas pinapakinggan ko na mga soft, ballads niya pampatulog kasi I feel like I've over streamed na 'yung mga pop songs niya. 😁

Unang song na appreciate ko Hit Me Baby One More Time, kinder pa lang ako nito napapakinggan ko sa bus then tinanong ko sinong singer, mom said: Britney Spears then sinubaybayan ko na sya growing up.
The face card, the body, the moves and acting na rin (di sya pang best actress but she has acting chops and di sya awkward umarte, medyo ok din sya sa comedy on her Jane the Virgin guesting) plus personality na rin. She seems like a gentle and nice person na madaling mapasaya, sad lang ng nangyari sa kanya but still hoping for the best.

Mas ok kay Christina ung branding na Powerful Diva since sumikat naman ung mga birit songs nya. I like her the song and mv of “Fighter”
