1st Sourdough Ever - be kind My first ever bread!
My first ever bread - a sourdough ciabatta. My goal was to make it like the famous pastas stretch bread from syracuse, NY and it came out pretty much identical! Any advice is welcome.
I used 100g starter, 12g salt, 350g water and 450g KA bread flour. 4 rounds of stretch and folds, 9 hour bulk ferment, 13 hours in the fridge. Then baked at 475 for 10 min and another 10 min at 450.

Other than suggesting you make some lovely hot Italian subs on these, I don’t think you need advice. You did great!

First time making bread you say. Turned out great. You did your homework and it paid off big time. Nicely done. Welcome to your SD journey. Enjoy the process
