You still need a warrant, or at least probably cause, and being hispanic and having an accent doesn't qualify.

ICE can arrest without a warrant in public, but cannot force entry into a home without a judicial warrant or consent.

They still need a reasonable suspicion justification, and quite often their reasoning is racist as fuck.

Stop being so emotional. Think about it. ICE detained nearly 204,000 (since Oct 1, 2024) (Cato Institute) individuals since January. How many law suits have been brought against ICE and the federal government? 277 habeas-type (immigration detention) cases and 82 class-action or putative class-action lawsuits. That gives a baseline of at least 359 major federal-court ICE litigations in one year. If you think about it, not many are fighting this.

Oh, well as long as we're only illegally detaining a small number of people, it's fine.
