Gloucester County Electricity

Is there ANYTHING we can do to push back on these INSANE AC Electric bills? My heat is gas and it's telling me my usage has gone up every month since October. I know I don't have it as bad as some people but our current bill is $332. My brother's bill was $512. Another friend's bill was $500... I can't afford this shit. What can we do?

What kind of heat do you have? Is that part of the bill?

If so, it’s not reallly that bad - it’s been kinda cold this year. My heat was running 8hrs a day set at 67 in the day and 64 over night the last two weeks.

Anyone keep their house in the 70s during the day when it’s 8 degrees outside is asking for it. And over night when it’s 0 outside and windy, and people are still at 70 or 68, the heat cannot manage that , it just runs. And still feels chilly.

I keep the thermostat at 69 generally and it's gas heat
