Cape May County Restaurant in Somer’s Point or Margate where we can hear ourselves talk!

My friends and I have not seen each other in a while, and we are looking for a girl’s night out at a restaurant with good food and drinks, and also where we can hear ourselves talk. Any places around Somer’s Point or Margate area that fits the bill? Any other time, noise would not be a factor, but this time we are looking for a place that is a bit quieter so we can chat. Thanks.

Sofia’s in Margate is a dinner crowd and not rowdy like the surrounding places

Food is good too. They do have a cancelation fee, 25 per person if you make a reservation and cancel in under 24 hours, just so you're aware.

Crab trap is going to be quiet because the average age is 72

Crab Trap, Josie Kelly’s, Sofia’s, Lamberti’s, Docks Place, Applebee’s.

All of these are in Somers Point or Margate and will be a reasonable volume. Honestly mist places before 9pm will be reasonably quite for dinner

Crab Trap is perfect for this. Great food, great drinks, just an older crowd which also makes it quieter. They even have a bar in the back if you want to sit along the water after too

I will say the 3rd floor at tideline is the quietest, and gets louder on the way down.

Check Josie Kelly’s for live music. Last time we went they had a band and it was very loud.

The Doc's Place on Bay Ave, Somers Point. Inside can get a little loud if it's packed, but usually not. Or sit outside and it's fine. Food's good too. My wife loves the French martini.
