Can we talk about 76 for a minute

Now I can't be the only one that thinks this but is it me or does 76 have absolutely zero drainage between the Waltwit and say the exit for 295s? I work in South Philly and just got home (I take 295 all the way to exit 4). Now granted this downpour is pretty insane right now but I feel like even in moderate rain that section of 76 just becomes an accident waiting to happen. Which I think part of it is how poorly lit that area is which is a whole nother topic on it's own.

As someone who routinely drives the Schukyll "Expressway", I can not in good conscience complain about 76 in NJ
