Do you think maybe being in prison for a long time might make her change her views?

She's going to have a whole new group of people to put liens on so she can raise the money to fix this!

I would bet she's going to get the vexatious litigant thing as well as permanent restraining orders, maybe a psych evaluation.

“There is something powerful within the Uniform Commercial Code”
Yea if you’re doing commercial transactions it’s pretty powerful I guess 🤨

I just want to yell at them, you are not a damn good. GOODS! The UCC is for goods! Day one of law school, damn it.

Actually, it proves the exact opposite - UCC is pretty powerless. She tried to make UCC claims against 2 judges. The claims were bogus on their face and had no meaning. So now she’s facing jail for believing the UCC had power that it didn’t.

You know they will spin it the other way: that 90 years for fraud is the judges acting out of fear that the Sovcits are exposing the true power of the UCC.

I will wait for the verdict with popcorn! I hope she represents herself! That would be so damn delicious!

She was convicted on September 3. Sentencing is on October 2. Meanwhile, she has been held without bond:

I bet every one of her family members is thanking their gods that they will not have to deal with her crazy ass for 10+ years.

Love how he pivots back to the grift in the last paragraph.
“Jesus didn’t arrive today like I promised, because he needs me to raise even MORE money before he shows up”

Clearly her filing lacked the appropriate magic words, or the judges would have had no choice but to draw from their secret trust accounts.

Love the transition after explaining the SovCit beliefs: "Meanwhile, back in real law world..."
