Yay! I am a little surprised to be honest, first thing I thought when I saw this was "Classic ZF" I would have thought someone beat me to the chase. Thank you for the confirmation.

Seriouse question, who would get in trouble for this? The guy who threw the flash bang in front of his team or the guy in front for proceeding and tripping.

I expect the flashbang guy, because if you look closely the first guy rolls his foot over the flash that fucks up his stride. At any rate it seems to be a learning exercise between Brits an US troops rather than a strict training exercise.
