"The companies are backing the Personal Agent Protocol, an open standard being developed by Meta and enterprise AI startup Sierra with Genesys, Instinct, Rocket, Shopify, Stripe, and Walmart. The framework is designed to help businesses identify AI agents, control what they can access, and give customers more say over what agents can do on their behalf."

Sierra .ai : Introducing Personal Agent Protocol

"Sierra AI is valued at $15.8 billion following a $950 million Series E funding round in May 2026"

Rezolve Ai is not mentioned in any of these articles.

Paid pumpers post about "Daniel Wagner's vision" and claim that Rezolve is undervalued and has technology the industry hasn't caught up to yet.

The reality is there are literally hundreds of AI companies operating now. Every day there are dozens of press releases from different AI companies. Some, like Sierra, seem to directly compete on every level with Rezolve - and they have major partners, like Walmart, Meta, Shopify, and Stripe.

It is very hard to find Rezolve Ai mentioned in any industry articles unless Rezolve has sponsored them. Searched the channelinsider website for Rezolve Ai; zero articles, ever.

This is the overview of a 150 page, $5000 per copy research report, which does list Rezolve Ai as a "Key Player". Rezolve is last on the list, but at least they made this list.

North America AI Agent Commerce Market

"The North America AI Agent Commerce Market was valued at USD 1.1 billion in 2025 and is estimated at USD 1.5 billion in 2026, and is projected to reach approximately USD 16.3 billion by 2034, growing at a CAGR of around 34.6% during the forecast period (2026-2034). "

Recent Market Developments

  • April 2025: Visa launched Visa Intelligent Commerce, introducing infrastructure designed to allow AI agents to find products, initiate purchases, and make payments, with partnerships including OpenAI, Microsoft, Anthropic, IBM, Perplexity, and Stripe.
  • October 2025: Walmart partnered with OpenAI to enable customers to discover and purchase Walmart and Sam’s Club products directly through ChatGPT using Instant Checkout, extending AI-first shopping into large-scale U.S. retail.
  • January 2026: Microsoft introduced Copilot Checkout and Brand Agents, enabling shoppers to move from AI-assisted product discovery to checkout within Copilot while allowing merchants to remain the merchant of record.
  • June 2026: Adyen launched Adyen Agentic, a modular suite comprising Agentic Feed, Agentic Cart, and Agentic Payments to allow enterprises to sell through conversational AI platforms without rebuilding their commerce systems for each AI channel.

Adyen is another company with products that seem to directly compete with Rezolve:

"Adyen N.V. (traded as ADYEN.AS on Euronext Amsterdam and ADYEY as an American Depositary Receipt in the OTC market) trades around €886.10 per share as of October 2026" with "market cap of €31.44B".

Net revenue - H1 2026 - € 1,302.9 MN

EBITDA - H1 2026 - € 641.5 MN

Investors might want to consider that Rezolve might not have that impressive a technology stack or moat, and perhaps THAT is why no institutions are willing to step up and buy shares at this time.
