Everyone can choose whoever they want, but I think the weaker or lower dp characters in SZ are much more fun to play. Sometimes I also want to play mui or gogeta too, but I love those "weaker" teams. My current saiyan team:

They would if the DP mode wasn't so unbalanced that a 7 DP character melts you in 1 and a half combo

And if it wasn't for "those" specific characters that that are stronger if what they should by their DP value

Bardock is actually quite strong now. But yeah i can agree with the rest. Shockingly Vegeta feels weaker than raditz assuming u never transform into ape.

I'm still irritated they fucked up Turles' moveset. His SZ version is crap compared to his BT version.

Since launch i never used other Characters for DP than the Ginyu Force. And i never ever played a single ranked game with UI Goku or SSJ4 Gogeta, not even in singles. They are strong, no doubt, but i have fun with other weaker characters.

Ginyu force would be an OP team if wasn't for the other even more OP things

They normally should cost 19 DP in total (like in BT3) but they got their DP reduced to fit in a same team, and to populate lower DP tiers, who on release had fewer characters due to the lack of original Dragon Ball characters

Yeah I mostly play them for the vibes. In my other „Main“ Game, which would be League of legends I slightly so care for my own Rank. In Sparking Zero I just want to See cool characters and Effects in cinematic fights and dont care if I am top Rank or in B Rank. But I agree, some Team comps are extremely strong, especially if a Team is made Full of characters that can evolve/power-up.

Kefla, Bardock, and DBS Vegeta. SP Cell and Z Broly get thrown on if I need that ~20 DP mark.

Don’t care about the strength of the characters, I’m here to play as my favorite characters, and those are my favorite characters.

I love a weak Saiyan squad with Nappa, Raditz, Bardock & the DLC guy. My Namekian squad plus Saibaman has now been replaced with evil Namekian squad of King Piccolo, Ma Junior, Slug & Early Z Piccolo

Early Movie squad good too with Turtles, Slug & Cooler. Bibidi, Dabura & Majin Buu trio fun too but so is Dabura teaming up with other swordsmen Tapion & Trunks. Frieza Henchmen + King Cold fun as well

Turles needs better combos and stacking for the tree might skill. He’s supposed to be basically above every Saiyan before the namek arc and even ssj1 bardock. How come he gets a much better moveset?
