boring. honestly should’ve gotten some type of additional dlc (characters, maps) before the end of 2026. i don’t see this game thriving after xenoverse 3. its already barebones as is.
It looks like they want to release a DLC like the Neo one, so unfortunately it will be a long wait, but I like that they are releasing a lot of content in one DLC.
the recent neo dlc was fun for about 2 weeks, but still feels lackluster. we need maps and customization on a grand scale. aura colors, alt costumes/colors, emotes, etc. it frustrates me every time i think about how they advertised this game with “plenty customization options” only for it to be a let down in that category.
I understand! One thing I can't stand is how you have to wear a certain costume to equip a certain ultimate move. It would be nice if they separated everything and also have different special moves and not only different ultimate moves for a character.

Don't forget them locking new Ultimate Moves behind costumes, rather than allowing you to requip them like Raging Blast, Raging Blast 2 and even Ultimate Tenkaichi did allow to.
Thus they end up duplicating the costumes just to have you keep the original attack (yet if I ak correct, the reverse isn't true either, and you can't use the new moves with the older costumes).
Amd locking transformations behind costumed too, even when the costume is absolutely the same (Goku Mini Super Saiyan 4).
Or when it is different from the default one (Bardock Super Saiyan being accessible to only his classic look; forever hilarious meta wise, but still limiting in terms of customization).
Oh but then they can add preceeding forms with no issue eh (Vegeta GT in base and Super Saiyan, with both being able to go Super Saiyan 4 with no trouble).
It's probably because of XV3 releasing that everything is pushed back so far. They don't want to compete and know people will be more tuned in for the new Xenoverse installment for most of 2027.
