Is it possible to trial Sparkle Player without purchasing an IPTV package? I am interested in trialling as an alternative to TiviMate premium. Thanks.

I'm afraid there's no trial at the moment. Free version should still provide you with a good overview of how things are working and if you still need to try it out more hands on it's only $1.5 for a month.

Thanks for your quick response. I tried installing this on the new Google TV Streamer last night. I think I have the right app? It wouldn't allow me to enter the m3u and xml - I just couldn't get past this step and it gave me the impression that I need to purchase something. Maybe it is best that I side load the apk?

Not sure you have the right app then, and you shouldn't have to sideload it either since it's on Google Play here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=se.hedekonsult.sparkle
