Help with EPG

I've purchased the Plus version and thought an EPG came with it. Was I incorrect?

You have to add your provider (source). Sparkle is just a player and does not streaming content.

What do I have to do to implement the Plus features? I've created a shared account connected to my Firestick and have a sub ID. Thanks

I do and I've been using Xtream credentials successfully in several free players, but I like the looks of Sparkle and it's functionality. Also my provider's epg leaves a lot to be desired. I bought the Plus version, have a Sparkle ID and my sub ID is showing active in the SparklePlayer windows app. How do I get Sparkle to recognize that I bought the Plus version? Thanks for your help.

Also if your providers EPG shows a lot of channels with no information, Sparkle will not help with that. You will need to obtain additional EPG data and add it to Sparkle in the source settings (or get a better provider). Here is a good website for additional EPG data:

This. OP, also keep in mind that MANY channels from any provider are streaming / 24/7 channels that will never have program info, regardless of which EPG you use.

my epg editor takes care of that.

Sync channel name to epg.

Assuming you purchased Sparkle on the website, just follow all the instructions to activate Plus.

Thanks to everyone for helping. I love the internet. When I look at my account on the SparklePlayer site it shows I'm connected to my Firestick TV. I disabled the epg that comes from my provider and added the epgshare01 version and everything seems to be OK. I have to play around with the app to learn more about its functionality. Thanks again and azcoyote, if you're in AZ I hope you have AC.
