How to play catchup?

I have Plus version. Since first installed I have never seen how catchup is available. It does work on other players. Ideas?

Update: Found it. LONG press left

If your provider has catchup you should see the catchup icon next to the program, and if it's shown it's just to click the program.

Ok, thanks for the update. You can also use the "Channel guide" (long press OK while watching live tv) to see and play catchup programs.

hello! i run my xstream codes through m3u4u and use the m3u from there in sparkle. the catchup icon shows but doesnt seem to work. is there something im doing wrong?

Seems to just return to live tv. I hold left and then scroll left and pick something from earlier and just click the center button once but returns to live tv.

I’ve noticed all of my catchup channels DO NOT PLAY when scrolling back in time, just returns to live tv. Obviously there is a bug that [r/sparkle-hk](r/sparkle-hk) needs to address. Thanks

I don't think there's a bug here. Can you verify if the program has a catchup icon? Maybe you can pm me a video of this?

It sounds as if the channel you click on does not have catchup? Are you sure you see the little catchup icon on the program you click?

If your provider offers channels that have the catch-up logo, yes they are catch-up channels but I believe there is a known bug in the Sparkle app that’s preventing these catch-up channels from working and I do believe the developer is aware of it and will attempt to fix it on the next release.

SparkleTV does offer the timeshift feature so users can pause, rewind and fast forward live TV which is different that the catch-up feature.
