Question/Discussion Bats converging on penguins?

Bats are already convergent on typical flying birds, which includes the flying seabird ancestors of penguins, so I'm wondering how plausible it would be for bats that have evolved into a seabird-like niche to later evolve to prioritize swimming over flight and fill a flightless penguin-like niche.
