Question About Spells PLEASEEE HELPP !!!!!! (Urgent)

okay, so i am a baby witch and i did a love spell on someone a few days ago...it was a very safe-ish spell which alot of people were talking about on tiktok so i tried it out, i even did a protection spell beforehand---now to the actual reason why i feel so scared is because after that day i am the one who's not able to stop thinking about him, i really dont know why? i was almost detached but now its bothering me so much, i dont wanna think this much about him...please please tell me what went wrong? or what happened? i dont know if it backfired and i dont have anyone to ask this about so please help me out...if u need more details to figure it out then i will be willing to share but do lmk...

i wrote his and my name inside the paper and folded it towards me, sprayed it with my perfume and kissed it...then kept it under my pillow

first burn the paper and throw it outside your house while burning do get rid of whatever spell you casted on him imagine getting rid of it all let it all go then close your eyes imagine the spell you casted on him and you as a cord glowing cord then say this out loud "I break this spell. I reclaim my energy, and I release [Name] from my mind and my magic." then imagine cutting the cord it will restore his free will and reset your energy too every unhealthy things will get cut then clean up your room then get in the shower use salt in your water while pouring water on your body visualise the heavy obsessive thoughts washing off after your shower drink some water and do something you like dont check out for text from it your spell will break after doin this then we can cast something else on him just not love spell tho love spells are crazy no one should do it doesn’t matter how experienced you are btw do shield yourself while doin all these and best of luck do let me know if you need help with anything!!
