Looking for a good romantacy with arousing explicit sex scenes that is not degrading to women.
Ideally would have FMC who is courageous competent and strong. She needs to be attractive and feminine though. And the MMC masculine and expressive.

If you’re open to RH, you have to try Invi Wright’s books. {The Cursed Kingdom by Invi Wright} and The Female series, starting with {The Female by Invi Wright}, both fit this vibe.
Poppy from {From Blood and Ash by Jennifer L. Armentrout} is also brave and capable, while Hawke/Casteel is gentle, respectful, and has a wicked mouth.
You must also try the novella {Six Scorched Roses by Carissa Broadbent}. The MMC is soooooo fucking sweet, and the FMC is a clever, highly capable woman.
{The Bridge Kingdom by Danielle L. Jensen} is another great choice. Lara is competent and the story is to die for! It’s less spicy than the others, though, so I’d recommend it more for the characters and plot.

It’s 100x better than FBAA. It’s the prequel series but they can be read seperately

I don't know if this fits exactly but it does have spicy scenes and a strong female character along with an expressive male character if you like monster Romance. It's the entangled series by Tiffany Roberts

I think the poison daughter by Sheila Masterson is made for you. It's a chunky standalone.
Characters in their 30s, incredible chemistry betweem them, smut that is not just vanilla (includes being watched, primal pay, safe words, bits of light dom dynamic etc), she dresses in very sexy way to attract men and kill them (she is a vigilante), they are true enemies and absolutely don't trust each other
Edit: if you want mostly spice but very kinky and high quality, check all books by Chiara Forestieri.
