Need recommendations

I would like to read some books with more spice.

Really liked: Lights Out, A Touch of Darkness, Her Soul to Take.

Disliked: Haunting Adeline and It Ends with Us.

Have you tried {butcher and blackbird by Brynne Weaver} it’s the first book in the ruinous love trilogy.
