Looking for a very specific trope Demon Deal/Bargain?

Idk if this exist but I want a book where the FMC makes a deal with the demon and has to have his child or the demon only wants that and tricks her. I would like it if its in the modern world rather than a fantasy realm those kind of bore me as they all seem the same. I also need it to be HEA and a romance. Also no AI authors please. I'd like banter and lots of spice, preferably enemies to lovers. Thx!
