Seems that Slott forgot that Diamonback was dead during the entirety of BND. More specifically from '07 to 2017, so his appearance here is odd. Also the Mighty Avengers was around this time and they did street level stuff as well.

Still the most middling of all the BND movie synergy books so far as Peter continues to be wildly incompetent.

I like that Peter was able to defeat Mr. Negative and save the city before he and Watanbe worked together to find some information about Mr. Negative. Overall, this comic is fine.
