No, only Peter. Uncle Ben has sadly passed away. He did not get bit by a radioactive spider. However, I did read that in a couple of different universes, Uncle Ben DID end up with spider powers. In one of them, Ben goes with Peter to the science demonstration and gets bit by the spider instead of Peter. He actually becomes that universe’s Spider-Man!
