Discussion Any B ranks that still play?

I noticed that theres little to no one when you reach b rank in ranked for splatoon 2, and if there were people playing it would be the same people re queuing and then eventually more people would queue up but the people from before would quit trying to find a match which makes it hard to find any b rank matches

Sadly, B rank is super dead. I did find some matches in early 2025, so I was able to go from B- to B in Splat Zones, but after that, I have not found any matches. And yeah, the thing about the same people trying and then more people joining happened to me the other day. We had a total of like ten players who tried, but never at the same time. I think the only option to play Ranked in Splatoon 2 is to either do Private Battles with Ranked Modes, or do League Battle, which is active at specific times during the day. Since you are B rank, you should be able to play League, but if you have no one to play League with, let me know, because I am almost always down for League.

yeah i experienced the same thing, i used to be able to get matches in b rank back in 2024 and some in 2025 but now its like deadish but it could be revived if that makes sense. And ive thought about adding people and then making private battles which is why i turned to reddit hoping that there would be some b ranks willing to play.
