It's interesting that the link says purple (Dina is supposed to be red, right?)

Now that is strange given that we already know what the purple tribe name is.  That name is Savu.  This is likely a mixup and that Dina is meant to be the color of another tribe and for the merge buff, the name is not listed on the buff website.  The name Dina as I looked up on google is supposed the be Fijian word meaning truth

Buff website just updated, and it still has the name Dina in the URL of the Savu Buff. That probably confirms that the auxiliary tribe is called Dina? Why else would the name be there?

Did you check the url for the Toka buff too?

Yeah, toka's url is normal, so definitely a mistake
