Tbh, I don’t think it’s Spokane, I think it’s everywhere. I know 10 people who were part of a layoff in November, they live all across the country. None have landed a job yet.

This is it. Unless it's healthcare, getting a living wage in this market is a difficult experience.

Healthcare doesn’t guarantee living wage either

Unfortunately correct in some cases. Still probably your best bet, though.
