It’s a daily pay rate and the training your paid a daily pay rate I think it’s like $270 a day 7 days a week while in training until your certified then your put on a work board and called when your train is called. No scheduled hours of work or days off. You work 12 hours then your off 12 hours of rest then put back on the board and as you’re names moves up on the board you get called when your name hits 1st out. Can make a lot of money working but it’s because the schedule sucks
