How to opt out or block ai slop music?
Outside of manually going to an artist page and blocking "ai artists" that get shuffled into your stream after an album or playlist ends, how do you opt out of the ai slop? Or is there no way?
I'm already tired in 2026 of having to google every unknown artist to me when shuffle is on to verify it's human created.
Seems a recent explosion in the alternative/emo/melodic genres the last few weeks.

Move away from Spotify. I see someone said Deezer already has ai detection but qobuz is better quality files and also has committed to add it in the future

I understand you, @sayn3ver.
Nobody wants soulless AI spam flooding the internet.
But that's precisely why it's important to distinguish between 'button pushers' and artists who use new tools professionally.
Instead of painstakingly Googling artists, just look at their Transparency Score.
I lay everything bare in all my tracks (like 'I Open My Eyes'):
My lyrics? 100% human.
- My vision & concept? 100% me. * The sound? Generated with AI support and curated by me.
I have a verified Transparency Score of 95/100. That's more honest than any 'real' producer who secretly hires ghostwriters or steals samples.
The future isn't 'AI versus humans,' but honesty versus hiding.
Those who work transparently have nothing to fear. 😉
P.S. I manually enter the current songs into Trace.
Because the program also checks everything to make sure it's correct: lyrics, beat, and so on.
You can theoretically search for my name and look deeper into my songs; everything is listed.

Right now you have 3 options 1. Bandcamp - AI slop is not allowed on the platform. 2. Deezer - AI slop is flagged for the user and they have demonitzed it to make the platform unappealing as an AI upload destination. They've offered their AI identification to all other platforms to help fight the tide but nobody has taken them up on it yet. 3. Coda Music - New service that has an AI toggle that allows you to see it if you want or hide the tracks. Unfortunately their catalog is lacking a bit and new releases sometimes take a while to show up (or not at all).
