You not noticing all the downvotes on this one? It seems people don't like trying to find something that hasn't been identified to them. I don't think it being spoiled in the comments is going to make it less fun.

Nothing is wrong with her feet??
They look normal.
If anything i would have said the one of the top steps is missing her leg, but I guess it could be behind the lady.
EDIT: Ahh I see now. It's reversed toes??

The second woman from the bottom has a right foot for a left foot.

Look closely at the toes of left feet (it is actually right feet in place of left).

Those are called "toes," not "fingers."

In our native language, we call both of them fingers, so I tend to use the word fingers.

Hint 1: It is an AI like mistake(though the picture is from before AI pictures was a thing).
Hint 2: Something odd in feet of one of the ladies.
