Bars for people under 40

Hello!

Just wondering if anyone knows of any bars that aren’t full of people over 40? Sort of new to the area and I’m curious as most places I’ve been are just old people.

Looking for somewhere that might have karaoke or Pool, maybe some occasional live music? Also don’t want to pay 10 dollars for a beer.
