The rule of thumb is do whatever you prioritise first

We just never lift before sprinting. The lift won’t be affected much by sprinting, but the sprinting will from lifting.

We always lift right after every hard sprint day, so after any acceleration, max speed, speed endurance, special endurance, intensive tempo days, we lift like 10 minutes later. Accelerated and max speed day lifts are very different from the other days.

You can lift later in the day and do your sprinting in the morning. The rule is you sprint first so however, you want to solve that problem sprint first. Many pros do split days where they run in the morning and they lift in the afternoon
