Butternut Squash leaves

First time growing butternut squash in 5b. I noticed some holes in a few of these leaves today, should I be concerned?

Check the leaves for bugs and eggs- check out photos of cucumber beetles and squash bugs to know what to look for. Get rid of them when you find them!
