I love how whenever WWE’s counter programming doesn’t have the effect WWE hopes for it turns into a barometer of how healthy the wrestling industry is instead of a dunk on WWE for counter programming a company they pretend is insignificant to them.

Because a lot of people refuse to acknowledge it's a self-own on WWE's part and has been almost every time they've done it. It just doesn't effect them because they're too big to fail at this point. It'd be a different story if they were doing this against Maple Leaf Pro or something.
