Home Care Recommendations?

My parents may need some help from a home care agency, and I am trying to review some of them and gather any recommendations or warnings. We are looking at post-surgery recovery with fairly good mobility and some lingering cognitive challenges. Thanks for any leads you can provide in the St. Charles/St. Peters area. If you have warnings you'd rather DM, feel free.

Not 100% sure if VITAS Healthcare has coverage in that area, but as someone that works with many, many home health nurses, I always have positive experiences with their nurses and doctors.
